OUR MISSION

The mission of Armeetah Chapter #5 is to take good women and make them better by encouraging them to live their lives with purpose. We strive to make a positive difference in the world through our charitable deeds, personal growth and the building of meaningful relationships with one another and all of mankind.

OUR HISTORY

Armeetah Chapter #5 was formed by 5 sisters who came together to form a chapter that could build on new concepts and ideas. Armeetah was first adopted by Yahkin Lodge #381 in February of 2020. On June 12th of 2021, Armeetah Chapter #5 was established and chartered under the leadership of Worthy Matron Priscilla Wright. We are dedicated women who sincerely reflect the spirit of fraternal love and the desire to work together for good. Through uplifting and elevated associations of love and service, we strive to build a chapter dedicated to Charity, Truth, and Loving Kindness. We have given selflessly to charities and organizations throughout our communities. We achieve self-gratification in knowing that we have taken part in helping those who are in need.

OUR GOAL

Our Goal is to be a chapter of self-awareness by creating an educated and progressive structure that will be a great resource for all members.

The sisterhood that exists within the Armeetah Chapter is one of loyalty and dedication to one another, a bond that can never be broken. With that, we have embarked on a journey with a never-ending passage. We will continue to LEARN together, TEACH one another, COORDINATE together, and stay in UNISON as a family.

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

Psalm 139:14

A -The letter 'A' holds the vibration of a free thinker and a commander, someone who is almost immune to peer pressure.

R -'R' is about resilience and determination, finding ways to move past any setbacks.

M - The letter 'M' implies that one is willing to learn from past experiences and is more likely to give a higher importance to rational thinking than to emotions.

E - 'E' is of similar intensity as the number 5, encouraging one to be analytical, bold and not think too much about taking risks.

E - The fundament of the 'E' is coupled with life principles such as avoiding to push blame on others regardless of situation.

T - The 'T' may be at disadvantage because of their inclination to becoming upset and callous.

A - From the point of view of friendships, 'A' is that kind of close friend who will interpret things at a glance.

H - The two bars of the 'H', linked by the horizontal bar, are said to be a symbol of sharing, mutual support and the strive for a dignified position.
